Intake Session $150
The purpose of the intake session is to gather information about the individual’s current concerns, symptoms, and background to help the therapist better understand the individual’s needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. The intake session typically involves a discussion between the therapist and the individual, during which the therapist will ask questions about the individual’s current concerns, medical history, family history, and any previous experiences with therapy or mental health treatment. The therapist may also ask about the individual’s current living situation, work or school, and social supports. Overall, the intake session is an important step in the therapy process as it allows the therapist to gather information about the individual’s concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan. It also provides an opportunity for the individual to ask questions and get to know their therapist, which can help build trust and rapport in the therapy relationship.
Family/ Couples Therapy $180
During couples therapy sessions, the therapist will work with both partners to identify the issues they are facing and help them develop effective ways to communicate and interact with each other. The therapist may use a variety of techniques, such as role-playing exercises, communication skills training, and problem-solving strategies, to help the couple improve their relationship. Guided Healing Trails utilizes Gottman Method for couples therapy. During couples therapy sessions, the therapist will work with both partners to identify the issues they are facing and help them develop effective ways to communicate and interact with each other. The therapist may use a variety of techniques, such as role-playing exercises, communication skills training, and problem-solving strategies, to help the couple improve their relationship.

Half Hour Session $75
These sessions are setup for quick check-ins. These sessions focus more on progress and next focus and can be utilized for treatment plan updates.

We are now offering a secure video therapy visits. We understand that meeting in the “office” is not always possible. Online appointments allow you to recieve the same quality care as you do in person. No need to take time off work, find a sitter or fight traffic to meet with me.
